Field Service Technician

As a Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing on-site installation, repair, and maintenance services for our windows and doors. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and educating customers on the proper care and operation of their products.

Responsibilities:
  • Travel to customer locations within a designated territory to perform service calls.
  • Diagnose and repair a variety of window and door issues, including glass replacement, hardware installation, and sash adjustments.
  • Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly, answering questions thoroughly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts used, and customer interactions.
  • Order necessary parts and supplies to ensure timely completion of service requests.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in window and door installation, repair, or maintenance is preferred but not required.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
