About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to pediatric patients in their own homes. As a Private Duty Nursing LPN, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
Requirements
  • Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray
  • Current BLS card
  • One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
