Plant Controller

About the Role

The Delmar Plant Controller will be responsible for leading the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for the Delmar Plant. This role will also involve ensuring compliance with internal controls and reporting to the Plant Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Living the safety stand and adhering to all safety standards and responsibilities
• Ensuring the proper existence of and adherence to compliance and internal controls
• Conducting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to create financial transparency and encourage effective decision-making
• Actively leading and contributing within a cross-functional leadership team
• Driving plant productivity

Requirements

• You have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a relevant discipline (MBA, CMA, CPA preferred)
• You are able to be flexible and effectively manage competing priorities
• You have the ability to operate within a matrixed organization
• You encompass some ERP experience
• You desire to lead in a manufacturing setting
