Position Overview: This is a Full-Time PCA role, operating Monday through Friday during the first shift.
Compensation: $18 per hour.
Key Responsibilities of the PCA:
- Assist children in school settings, implementing care plans and providing support during field trips and transportation.
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with the prescribed care plan, including behavioral management, transitions between educational environments, meal assistance, toileting, and other daily activities.
Requirements for the PCA:
- Previous experience working with children is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions meticulously and document patient conditions accurately.
- CPR and First Aid Certification are required.
