Marvel Medical Staffing Allied is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist for a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and producing high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including ultrasound machines, MRI scanners, and CT scanners
  • Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients for optimal image quality
  • Produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes, including echocardiograms and other cardiovascular exams
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques to provide the highest level of patient care
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist or Cardiovascular Technologist
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
