Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate grading construction crews on various projects.
  • Manage personnel, equipment, materials, and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Grading Foreman or Construction Supervisor.

Desired Skills:

  • Technical proficiency for cost-effective results.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and communication abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and knowledge of local regulations.
  • Familiarity with equipment operation and site conditions.

Certification: Valid Driver's License with clean record.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $50-$55 per hour based on experience.
  • Health, vision, dental insurance, and 401K contributions.
  • Paid vacation time.
