We are looking for a highly skilled Part-time Receptionist to support our Mental Health Counseling Practice in Erie, PA. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and colleagues alike.

About the Role
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and maintain accurate records, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Manage client scheduling, utilizing Google Calendar and the EHR system Simple Practice, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient use of resources.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in basic computer and social media skills, along with a high school diploma or equivalent, are also required.

Salary: $13.25 - $19.50 per hour. Benefits include paid time off and the opportunity to be part of a fun and supportive work environment and team.
