We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Immersion Emergency Room Per Diem Days to join our team at Resolute Health Hospital. As a key member of our emergency department, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in providing basic and intermediate nursing care to assigned patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential risks, and implement evidence-based interventions to prevent complications.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and address concerns.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices, new technologies, and emerging trends in emergency nursing.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in emergency nursing, with a focus on per diem shifts.
- Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours per pay period, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including 4, 8, 10, and 12-hour increments.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
