  • Reason for Coverage: Supplemental
  • Call Coverage: 24-hour call, approximately 7-8 consecutive days/nights
  • Patient Demographics: Primarily adults, with a small percentage of pediatrics
  • Annual ER Volume: 65,000
  • Support Staff: Dedicated Interventional-Neuro team and technicians
  • Procedures: Radiologic Exam Interpretation, Thrombolytic Therapy, Thrombectomy
  • Lab & X-Ray: Onsite availability
  • Trauma Level: II
  • EMR Systems: Cerner (Inpatient); AllScripts (Outpatient)
  • Benefits: Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Qualifications:
  • Active IA License or IMLC
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Interventional Neurology or Neurosurgery
  • Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, APLS, NALS, & ATLS
  • COVID Vaccination required
  • Experience in thrombectomy procedures
