Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is $120K per year, with additional weekly stipend available.

About the Role

As a Regional Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain and other medical conditions. Based on this assessment, you will work to determine a treatment plan, perform interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well-being, and evaluate the patient's progress.

  • Evaluate patients' functional status and physical therapy needs.
  • Assist physicians in developing therapy plans of care.
  • Observe and report patients' responses to treatment and any changes in their condition to supervising nurses and/or physicians.
  • Treat patients to relieve pain, develop and restore function, and / or maintain maximum functioning using acceptable standards of practice.
  • Instruct and inform participating members of the healthcare team, the patient, and family/caregivers regarding the plan of care, functional limitations, and progress toward goals.

Requirements

To be successful as a Regional Physical Therapist, you will need:

  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • A valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, with access to a dependable vehicle.
