Our team is committed to delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis center. As a Registered Nurse at DaVita, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients, each with unique needs and circumstances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing other nursing duties as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our patients.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimize patient outcomes.
