Job Summary

Torchy's Tacos is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team in Denver. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and surrounding environment

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner

• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment

• Current required state alcohol-server license (TABC, TIPS, ABLE, etc.)

• Ability to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform other duties as required
