We are seeking a skilled Sushi Prep to join our team at Kura Sushi USA. As a Sushi Prep, you will be responsible for preparing and providing fresh, tasty, and quality food to our guests.

• Prepare and cook sushi dishes to meet high-quality standards
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for guests

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness
