Genesis Lifestyle Medicine of Hende is seeking a part-time Medical Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to assist our medical practitioners in providing exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing one-on-one relationships with patients, performing various clinical and administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist medical practitioners with procedures and patient care
  • Perform laboratory tests, take vitals, and collect patient history
  • Administer medications and injections as directed by the medical provider
  • Prepare patients for examination and update patient medical records
  • Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling and follow-ups
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact with patients, medical practitioners, and staff members
Requirements
  • Medical assistant license or accredited medical assisting diploma
  • Ability to perform basic laboratory tests, take vitals, and collect patient history
  • Phlebotomy skills and ability to administer injections
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Work Schedule

The work schedule for this position is Monday and Wednesday 9-6pm, Thursday 9-5pm.
