About You:

• Customer Service Skills: Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively are essential.
• Certifications: You must have CPR and First Aid Certification or be willing to obtain it, meet state-specific qualifications for the role, and be an Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential holder or willing to obtain it.
• Physical Abilities: You must be physically able to use a computer, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Communication Skills: You must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English fluently to communicate with children and their parents.
