The ServiceNow Systems Analyst is a key member of the IT Service Management (ITSM) team within the Customer Service department at UFP Industries. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve existing processes through ServiceNow, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of ServiceNow configurations, changes, and project status reports.
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the ServiceNow platform operates smoothly and meets performance standards.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of ServiceNow features and functionalities.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends related to ServiceNow and IT service management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • ServiceNow certification (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist) is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Systems Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL best practices.
