About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our pediatric outpatient clinic team at Carolina Therapy Services. As an SLPA, you will work closely with our speech-language pathologists to provide assessment, treatment, and support to children with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and treating pediatric patients with communication disorders
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience working as an SLPA in a pediatric setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
