Camp Directors at Disability Solutions are the driving force behind our vibrant summer programs, bringing innovation and fun to thousands of children each year. As a seasoned leader in K-8 education, you'll take charge of camp operations, managing staff, inventory, and facilities to create an inclusive and joyful environment for campers and their families.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Oversee summer day camp operations, ensuring smooth daily activities and a welcoming atmosphere for all.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to prepare for the camp season, manage inventory, and optimize facility spaces.
  • Develop and lead a team of seasonal staff, coaching them towards delivering exceptional camp experiences.

**About You:**
  • You have 3+ years of experience in K-8 education or a related field, with proven leadership skills and a passion for innovation.
  • You're able to work part-time remotely from February to June, followed by full-time on-site work from June to August.
  • You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on camper safety.

**Benefits:**
  • Estimated total compensation: $72,000-$85,000 (dependent on location and experience).
