Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of our properties, including cleaning halls, lobbies, restrooms, and stairways. You will also be responsible for notifying management of areas that need repairs or attention.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of general cleaning experience required
• 1 year of experience working at a commercial or residential property preferred
