Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient patient experience.
- Perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
- Promote patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand their conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, ensuring seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Current FL RN license.
- Associates Degree in Nursing, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- BLS & ACLS certifications through ARC or AHA.
- NIHSS required.
- 0-2 years' experience preferred but not required.
- Accepting New Grads.
