The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to configure and optimize building-level heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) direct digital control (DDC) systems. The focus will be on integrating HVAC equipment and related devices into a centralized DDC server.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure DDC systems using advanced technologies to ensure seamless integration of HVAC equipment.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for HVAC DDC systems.
  • Engage in design reviews for new construction and renovation projects.
  • Adhere to established DDC standards throughout project execution.
  • Monitor system performance for anomalies and coordinate troubleshooting efforts.
  • Ensure quality assurance and control for operational issues.
  • Provide insights to enhance building system performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with industrial communication protocols and HVAC systems.
  • Five years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience with security compliance and vulnerability assessments.
