Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with physicians to assess, design, coordinate, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Provide complex nursing skills and delegate tasks to other care team members as appropriate.
- Monitor the quality of patient care and patient satisfaction.
- Pursue professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Assume responsibility for the daily operations of the patient care center and work within accepted service standards.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's degree in Nursing or higher.
- Current RN licensure in the State of Illinois or valid temporary permit to practice nursing in the State of Illinois.
- Current Basic Life Support certification (Healthcare Provider Recognition).
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
- Acute care or related experience providing nursing care to patients within at least the last five years.
