As a Janitorial Clerk PT, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our store, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that Lowes Foods guest service, safety, and store cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the store.
  • Implement and maintain Show standards both inside and outside the store.
  • Provide exceptional customer service: Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner, and provide assistance with finding products and services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment: Sweep, mop, and clean floors, empty trash and recycling, and restock shelves as needed.
  • Collaborate with store teams: Work closely with sales associates, cashiers, and other store employees to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our guests.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail environment preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
