About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team at a reputable medical facility in Salem, Massachusetts.

This is a 13-week travel nursing assignment with a guaranteed hourly rate of $65-$75 and a tax-free stipend. The position offers flexible scheduling, with 36 hours per week and 12-hour shifts.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Medical-Surgical setting and possess excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide education to patients and families.
  • Maintain accurate records, documenting patient progress and communicating with healthcare providers.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for prolonged periods, and navigate a dynamic work environment.
  • Current licensure as an RN in the state of Massachusetts.
