Responsibilities- Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients.
- Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
- Current New Jersey license as an Advanced Practice Nurse
- DEA and CDS certification
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience as a nurse practitioner, bi-lingual Spanish language skills, and familiarity with electronic health records systems are highly desirable.
