About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft drinks to perfection and serve our guests responsibly
  • Have extensive knowledge of our food, beverage, and wine program and make knowledgeable recommendations to enhance the guest's experience
  • Be a resource for Servers in the restaurant to answer questions about our beverage program
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working with a team
  • Generate new sales through building relationships with our guests
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of previous restaurant experience as a bartender
  • Experience with an extensive wine and beverage menu, preferred
  • Experience in upscale, polished or fine dining concepts, preferred
