ARRIVE Memphis is a boutique hotel located in the vibrant South Main Arts District. With 62 uniquely designed rooms that blend industrial style with comfort, our hotel also features an all-day bakery and café, a lobby bar, and a lively shuffleboard sports bar. If you are enthusiastic about fostering genuine connections and excel in a fast-paced hospitality setting, we would love to have you on our team at ARRIVE Memphis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, common areas, and staff facilities.
  • Update and maintain in-room materials such as menus and postcards.
  • Handle furniture and fixtures with care, adhering to cleaning protocols and using the appropriate products.
  • Clean guest rooms according to supervisor instructions, prioritizing based on guest check-ins.
  • Manage waste disposal by emptying trash containers.
  • Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks, including replacing towels, and removing dirt and hair from various surfaces.
  • Restock bathroom supplies and inspect bathrobes for cleanliness.
  • Change bed linens and ensure proper organization of closets.
  • Dust and polish all furniture, adjusting as necessary to align with the designated layout.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms for cleanliness and report any damages.
  • Ensure all appliances and amenities are in working order.
  • Work flexible hours based on hotel occupancy and operational needs.
  • Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong understanding of hospitality and guest service.
  • Proficient in the use of cleaning products and equipment.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts.
