Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Column Leader to join our team. As a Column Leader, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance to the assembly team and ensuring smooth operations on the construction site.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper assembly, modification, and dismantling of work and safety scaffolding.
• Coordinate work steps, monitor performance, and carry out quality assurance measures as well as scaffolding inspections.
• Responsible for the transport, storage, and maintenance of scaffolding components.
• Supervise and guide the assembly team to ensure efficient and safe working practices.
• Develop and implement safety procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship in a trade or construction industry, such as scaffolder.
• Additional qualification as a certified scaffolding assembly leader or team leader is advantageous.
• Several years of professional experience in the scaffolding trade and experience in leading a team.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
