Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Website Management: Assist in managing website content, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics (GA4) to track website performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Marketing Automation: Manage and maintain marketing automation systems, ensuring seamless integration with our CRM and other marketing tools.
  • Content Management: Assist in creating and publishing high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • SEO and SEM: Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of marketing experience, or 8+ years of equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Webmaster Tools, and Search Console. Experience with website content management systems, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present in front of small and large groups. Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
