Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the MEP design team, ensuring the quality of electrical designs, and providing technical solutions to progress site activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, experience with BIM software, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the MEP design team and ensure the quality of electrical designs.
  • Provide technical solutions to progress site activities.
  • Specialize in troubleshooting and resolving clashes during virtual model reviews.
  • Develop alternative design options aligned with energy saving and value engineering.
  • Ensure schedule and cost considerations are included in design decisions.
  • Liaise with clients, developing and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Responsible for completion of projects within the team to time and cost.
  • Assist the Team leader in presenting design solutions in meetings with clients and contractors.
  • Check own electrical designs deliverables and other team members' designs within the area of expertise.

Requirements:
  • B.Tech or M.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 18 years' experience in the field of Detail Design Consultant (DDC), EPC, verification, and validations of site works.
  • Expertise in ETAP, Amtech, Dialux, Dialux Evo.
  • Knowledge of National and International Codes & Standards.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
