We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our dynamic team at De Novo Review Inc. As a key member of our front office, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a positive and professional image of the firm by creating an exceptional first impression for clients and visitors.
  • Promote effective communication between the reception and office clientele, adhering to confidentiality policies at all times.
  • Answer incoming calls to the switchboard, taking and delivering accurate messages via email or voicemail, as directed by attorneys or staff.
  • Manage events, office personnel, and visitors in conference center and office areas.
  • Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and maintain accurate logs.
  • Coordinate setups for conference rooms to meet reservation requests prior to scheduled meetings.
  • Direct deliveries and maintain accurate records.
  • Support administrative staff with tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills, professional demeanor, and presentation.
  • Able to handle phone calls and visitor interactions with poise and professionalism.
  • Highly motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and take initiative to support the team.
