Position Overview:
We are currently in search of dedicated Certified Nursing Aides (C.N.A) to become part of our compassionate team. Opportunities for both full-time and part-time positions are available, with various shifts to accommodate different schedules. Full-time roles come with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off (PTO), and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Incentives:
Peak Resources is pleased to offer a sign-on bonus for newly hired full-time and part-time C.N.A.s, subject to specific conditions.

Available Shifts:
• Full-Time: 7 AM - 3 PM
• Full-Time: 3 PM - 11 PM
• Part-Time: Various shifts available

Key Responsibilities:
C.N.A.s are responsible for delivering routine daily nursing care and services in alignment with each resident's assessment and care plan, as well as following directives from the nursing team. Administrative tasks may also be part of this role.

Qualifications:
• Current, unencumbered certification as a Nursing Assistant in North Carolina
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in computer usage
• Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace

Preferred Experience:
• A minimum of one year of experience as a C.N.A. is preferred.
