Nursing Career Opportunity for LPNs
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking experienced LPNs to join our team as Private Duty Nurses. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized care to infants in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for pediatric patients
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide education and support to families and caregivers on disease management and self-care
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of employment
- CPR certification from American Red Cross or equivalent
- 6 months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
