We specialize in delivering contract services for facility maintenance and temporary staffing to various governmental and commercial entities.

Job Responsibilities
Summary: The role involves executing fundamental cleaning services, focusing on the upkeep and sanitation of state facilities. The position may include training responsibilities and operates under minimal supervision, allowing for significant initiative and independent decision-making. Background clearance is mandatory.

Key Duties:

• Conducts routine custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning various surfaces such as windows and floors.
• Ensures restroom cleanliness, restocks supplies, and utilizes appropriate cleaning agents.
• Performs minor repairs and maintenance on cleaning equipment.
• Inspects and cleans areas including restrooms, offices, and other designated spaces as required.
• Operates floor care machinery, such as buffers and vacuums.
• Monitors facilities for cleanliness, verifies completed tasks, and identifies necessary repairs.
• Keeps accurate inventory records of custodial supplies and equipment.
• Completes additional tasks as assigned.

Compensation: $13.00 per hour.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6 PM to 9 PM.
