Key Responsibilities:- Support the operations of the laboratory, including preparing experiments and samples for testing, operating designated equipment, and collecting data.
- Develop and document new laboratory procedures, maintain stock inventory of laboratory supplies and chemicals, and ensure compliance with Laboratory Quality Assurance Plan.
- Collaborate with project team members to actively support R&D programs in geopolymer-based products, including ultrahigh and high-performance concretes, alkali-activated slag, and fire-resistant joint compounds.
- Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the duties of the position, such as chemistry, materials science, or engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in laboratory procedures involving physical and chemical analysis, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with laboratory equipment and processes, including quality control, maintenance of environmental standards, and other work related to practical, experimental, or theoretical application of chemistry and related sciences.
