Emergency Dispatcher

Coastal Medical Transportation Services LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatcher/Call Taker. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive and effective communication services to our customers and stakeholders.

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone and in-person interactions
• Manage and prioritize multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
• Operate computerized dispatch programs and maintain accurate records
• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Protect patient confidentiality and maintain professionalism in all interactions

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current motor vehicle operator's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service or EMS experience preferred
