Job Title: Custom Blinds Lead Installer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Custom Blinds Lead Installer to join our team at RMD Luxury Window Treatments. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation: Accurately install custom drapes, blinds, and shades, ensuring a perfect fit for each project.
  • Measurement: Perform precise on-site measurements to ensure products meet client expectations.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate professionally with clients during consultations, installations, and follow-ups.
  • Leadership: Lead installation teams, manage timelines, and ensure the highest standards of workmanship and safety.
  • Quality Control: Inspect installations to ensure they meet company standards and client specifications.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly resolve on-site challenges while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Tool Management: Maintain tools and equipment in excellent condition.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with sales, design, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including measurements and client signoffs.
  • Compliance: Follow company policies and safety guidelines; background checks required.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3-5 years in window treatment installation with leadership experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with installation tools and hardware; experience with various materials.
  • Detail-Oriented: High precision in measurements and installation.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; effective client engagement.
  • Problem-Solving: Able to address and resolve issues on-site efficiently.
  • Team Leadership: Ability to guide and mentor junior installers.
  • License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
