We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry team at Camden Clark Medical Center. As a Telemetry RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Telemetry unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, identify potential life-threatening arrhythmias, and take appropriate action.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and document patient responses.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Current RN licensure in the state of West Virginia or compact state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- At least 6 months of experience in a Telemetry or Critical Care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
