Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) Specialist to contribute to our expanding team at Addison Energy Technologies, LLC. This role is essential for ensuring optimal performance in large-scale construction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of TAB plans
  • Execute on-site TAB operations
  • Document all measurements and discrepancies
  • Identify and report any deficiencies
  • Foster strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and team members
  • Align with the immediate requirements of the construction timeline

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in TAB
  • Understanding of HVAC system design and construction
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Capability to interpret design drawings, submittals, and specifications
  • Certification or ability to achieve TAB technician certification
  • Willingness to travel to various construction sites for a significant portion of work hours
  • Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
