We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Services Swing Technician to join our team at Stericycle. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients by collecting and exchanging waste containers for various Stericycle programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel between customer healthcare facilities to proactively monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for various Stericycle programs and services.
  • Install product, resurvey accounts, and assist Supervisor in asset/inventory management.
  • Interact professionally with onsite customer staff to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain a rigid collection and service schedule.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of industry-related experience in a customer service capacity preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and tact in providing superior customer service in a variety of settings and situations.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between customer facilities.
  • Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of primary customer base, based on business needs.
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently and with little supervision.
