Compensation: $125,000 DOE
Prime Team Partners is seeking an experienced IT Manager to drive the next evolution of their IT field services. You'll lead a high-performing team to deliver cutting-edge IT infrastructure across 35 manufacturing sites, 15 regional offices, and 18 distribution centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT field services team, managing infrastructure across manufacturing, timberlands, and distribution sites.
- Develop and execute IT/OT strategies to support emerging technologies like IIoT, automation, and edge computing.
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders to ensure IT services meet business needs.
- Ensure cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and compliance in all infrastructure operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 10+ years in IT, industrial controls, and security.
- 4-6 years in IT management and infrastructure delivery.
- Proven leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience with hybrid cloud environments.
