This position is responsible for upholding safety standards and executing preventive maintenance to meet the facility's operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct thorough diagnostics, testing, and maintenance of production equipment, adhering to manufacturer specifications.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate maintenance logs in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Compressor Maintenance: Ensure the Air Industrial Compressor operates efficiently to prevent production delays.
- Machinery Repair: Disassemble and reassemble equipment to facilitate repairs and replace defective components.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect parts for defects and verify the effectiveness of repairs through operational testing.
- Parts Management: Track parts usage and order replacements as necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an equipment maintenance role within manufacturing or a related field.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred:
- Associate's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Electrician Certification with at least 3 years of experience.
- Experience as an Industrial and Commercial Electrician.
