Job SummaryWe are looking for a seasoned nurse leader to oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of nurses and CNA's to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Develop and maintain a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among staff members
- Recruit, train, and evaluate nursing staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care
- 1 year of experience in nurse management, preferably in a skilled nursing facility
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent clinical skills, with a strong understanding of nursing policies and procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
