Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:
• Recruiting and retaining top talent through effective employment ads and sourcing candidates
• Onboarding new employees, creating personnel files, and updating all platforms
• Facilitating benefit programs, coordinating open enrollment, and processing FMLA and Workers' Compensation claims
• Conducting 30-day and 60-day check-ins, investigating employee relations issues, and providing coaching and counseling
• Maintaining I-9 files, ensuring confidentiality of staff members' records, and compiling metrics on staff turnover and benefits information
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience as a Human Resources Generalist
• Excellent computer skills, especially MS Office suite
• Strong understanding of human resources concepts, practices, and procedures, as well as federal and state employment and benefits laws
• High standard of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Excellent verbal and written communication
