Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our dynamic team in Smithfield, North Carolina. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting, utilizing their clinical skills and critical thinking abilities to deliver holistic care.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
• Providing competent clinical nursing care to patients in their homes
• Conducting thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Educating patients and families on disease management and self-care techniques
• Documenting patient progress and outcomes accurately and thoroughly
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
• A current RN license in the state of North Carolina
• At least one year of experience in acute or chronic care settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $31.52 - $44.56 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development through continuing education programs and career advancement opportunities.
Location
This position is located in Smithfield, North Carolina, and requires travel within a designated service area. The standard hours per week are 4.00, and the work schedule is day shift. This is an exempt position, and the employer is NC Health (Rex Healthcare, Inc., d/b/a NC Health).
