At PetVet Care Centers, a leading operator of veterinary hospitals for companion animals, we're seeking a skilled Veterinary Operations Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue and managing costs while creating a hospital culture based on high-quality patient care and excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, health science, or a related field and at least five years of direct office management experience, including two years of supervisory experience. A Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) or Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) is preferred.

The Veterinary Operations Director will oversee the management of the inventory, ensure proper documentation and systems are in place, and may establish and oversee billing practices. They will also review revenue, labor, and employee issues with PetVet leadership on a weekly conference call and achieve goals set in each area.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional care to pets. You will be responsible for supervising staff within all hospital support departments, achieving and maintaining all labor goals, and hiring and training office and technical clinic support staff.
