We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Shipping Team Member to join our team at PGT Innovations. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for loading our trailers with Western Window Systems products, ensuring accurate scanning and auditing of trucks, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load trailers with Window and Doors
  • Ensure all loaded product is accurately scanned and perform audits of trucks
  • Prepare and place packing slips onto the appropriate delivery truck
  • Order picking, checking, and packing of orders
  • Prioritize and manage multiple orders in a day
  • Assist team members and fill in gaps as needed
  • Record numbers of units handled and moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets
  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas, including equipment, tools, and work surfaces
  • Ensure PPE is always used, product is loaded on trucks in compliance with Western policy, and maintain a safe work environment
  • Safely operate a forklift
Requirements
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) skills
  • Forklift experience
  • Prior experience in a Manufacturing environment
  • Shipping experience
