Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare Bakery Department Merchandise: Operate baking equipment, follow recipes/make-up instructions, and ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet and thank members, answer questions, and provide assistance with purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Area: Ensure that the bakery department is clean, neat, and member-ready at all times.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work collaboratively with other associates to build a strong bakery team and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • Competitive hourly wage range: $16.00 to $23.00
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour
