Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Nurse RN to work in a Long Term Care facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in Long Term Care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to residents in a Long Term Care setting
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their needs and develop effective care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop strategies for improvement
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment
  • Experience in Long Term Care
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
