About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Hairdresser to join our dynamic team at Great Clips. As a Hairdresser, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional haircuts and styling services to our clients, while maintaining a positive and supportive salon environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality haircuts and styling services to clients
• Develop and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service and communication
• Work collaboratively with other stylists and salon staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest hair cutting and styling techniques
• Contribute to a positive and supportive salon culture

Requirements:

• Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
